We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items unless the item received is broken, damaged, or scratched. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 4 days of receiving the item. Exchange requests will only be considered for items that are broken, damaged, or scratched upon receipt. To request an exchange, you must provide a proper unboxing video that clearly shows the condition of the entire product upon opening. The video must be shared with us within 4 days of receiving the item. Once we receive and verify the unboxing video, we will process the exchange request accordingly.

  1. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued for eligible returns or exchanges as per our policy. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they are defective or damaged. Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
